You are legally authorized to deploy this tracker spreadsheet within your personal content creation business or your boutique talent management agency. You are strictly prohibited from replicating our proprietary mathematical formula configurations, compounding late-fee calculation strings, or programmatic AI text generators for resale, redistribution, or white-label marketplace deployment under a different brand profile.
3. Digital Fulfillment, Gateway Processing & Refund Terms
All RightsForge programmatic assets and spreadsheet downloads are hosted, secured, and processed via verified third-party transactional marketplaces (Gumroad and Etsy). All financial checkout mechanics, credit card tokens, and currency conversions are bound entirely by the legal terms of service of those respective platforms.
Because digital spreadsheet utility files and raw text AI prompt scripts are instantly accessible and cannot be physically returned once downloaded, all purchases are final. RightsForge enforces a strict no-refund and no-chargeback policy on all digital utility assets.
